Fasting To Lose Weight.

So how many of you have fallen off the new year resloution diet wagon ?  Time for a different approach than just trying to stop eating all the things you like ?

So what about taking a break from eating for 24hrs ( but still eating every day ) instead of trying to stop eating your favourite foods for weeks ? It worked for me.
